MCDC Nurtures the Love of Learning

At the Montessori Child Development Center, Poway, our teachers follow the Montessori Method as taught by Maria Montessori, the founder of The First Montessori School. Montessori has flourished around the world since early in the 19th century.

Maria Montessori was an Italian physician, educator, and innovator, acclaimed for her educational method that builds on the way children naturally learn. Many students of Montessori schools have gone on to become famous.
